DESCRIPTION:Este mes se reanudan los Comersatorios mensuales del año 2026 el día 27 de febrero a las 7:00 p.m. en la Escuela de Cocina Tlaxcalteca ubicada en el Centro de Investigación de la Cocina Tlaxcalteca\, Tlaxcala Centro. El tema del mes de febrero es Chocolate y café. \nLos Comersatorios son cenas estilo gourmet preparadas por distinguidos chefs y cocineras/cocineros de la región inmediata\, destacados no solo por sus exquisitos platillos sino también por su empleo intencional de ingredientes locales\, frescos\, saludables y artesanales. \nAdemás de la oportunidad de probar manjares en la compañía de una conversación amena\, hay un elemento informativo donde se pone sobre la mesa temas importantes sobre la alimentación. Para poder aprender y disfrutar a través del gusto\, hay un tema distinto cada mes donde los diferentes platillos emplean de alguna manera\, a veces sorpresiva\, los ingredientes de la temática de la ocasión. \nLos Comersatorios se llevan a cabo el último viernes de cada mes con una aportación de $450.
